Rates are per advertisement and are non-refundable. Advertiser must send in advertisement in the form of a jpeg or gif file no later than March 22, 2011. *Additional Cost for Advertisement design. All advertisers will also be listed on the official Hair & Beauty Expo 2011 website and have a link to your direct site or email address. Advertisers that choose a rate package of Half Page and Higher will also be included in email press information.

All ads will be printed in black and white with the exception of the Platinum Sponsorship advertisement which will be in full color.

Vendor Registration

The Hair and Beauty Expo 2011 is open to a variety of vendors.

Our focus is on the artistry of cosmetology, barbers, estheticians, make-up artists, hair care, and vendors that sell products catering to the Hair & Beauty Community. It is our goal to bring a wide selection of vendors to showcase, sell, and present their products to the attendees. We look forward to live demonstrations, samples, fittings, stylings, and more...

We are seeking vendors from all over North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Atlanta to attend this magnificent event. This will be something to remember.

The vendor registration fee is $100. The Hair & Beauty Expo 2011 is currently accepting applications until March 15, 2011.

What's in it for the vendors?

Vendors receive a 6 ft table with linens, skirting, two chairs for displays with an average of about 8 ft to present materials, and table signage.
Vendors get a complimentary business card sized advertisement to be included in the Hair & Beauty Expo 2011 Souvenir Booklet. (Additional space & sized available)
Vendors will have logos visible throughout the show in our multimedia presentation.
Vendors will have logos, product photos, and direct links to their individual sites, emails, or blogs.
Vendors will receive additional publicity via social media marketing, email blasts, and press opportunities.
