My name is Chaneckie Black and I create fashions utilizing the art of
crochet. I have been crocheting since the age of nine years old taught
to me by my mother Ruthamae Black . When I was nine I started crocheting outfits for my Barbie. She was the diva of all Barbies in the Bronx
rocking shawls, hats, tube tops and mini skirts. I started my business
back in 2006 I was formerly known as Ifee Wear Fashions. Back then I felt
the name was not catchy enough so I decided to change it in 2008. In
2008 a light bulb went off and I change the name to Hooked Fashions. I
felt that it was a great name being that I use a crochet hook to create
the designs. I moved to Charlotte years ago but I met Sitrena
Tharrington in March of 2010. At that time we were neighbors just waving
hello and goodbye. We went for the same business opportunity working
out of a Beauty Salon here in Charlotte. God really works in mysterious
ways our friendship was effortless. She would use
her own special
oils created with peppermint and tea tree for your hair and scalp. When
God closed that door for both of us we sat down and put our heads
together. With two powerful minds, God in the mist her expertise in
creating hair and body oils and my love for crochet ExclusivEndz was
born. I then taught the art of crochet to her in August 2010 and she
loves it! She is now officially a Crochet Artist ready to expand
ExclusivEndz with a baby-line. Together we wanted ExclusivEndz to be
place where you can come and shop and get everything that you need. We
have a spa line coming soon were we will offer body scrubs, handmade
soaps, body and hair oils. Keep you eye open for ExclusivEndz Crochet
Boutique were you will find a range of crochet items and spa
products, ExclusivEndz Pooch Palace which will feature our Doggie wear
line. August will be a year that we have been in this business together
and so far it's been a wonderful journey Hooray!
