Toni Goins is the proud mother of two and a native of Chesapeake VA. She has a Bachelors' degree in Business and Finance. Her years of experience in the areas of sales, credit, banking, insurance, and event planning have enhanced her desire to help others implement a financial plan and live our their dreams.

She has a passion for helping women succeed financially, professionally, and personally. She coaches women to challenge themselves and to give their best in all endeavors. Our staff is professional, inviting and ready to assist you with your business needs. Kotur Kutz, Inc. was founded by Tamica Campbell Fuller. Mrs. Fuller has been a licensed Cosmetologist for 14 years in Greensboro, North Carolina. She is a graduate from GTCC in Jamestown, NC and has attended many of Dudley’s advanced training courses.

Mrs. Fuller owned her first salon at the age of 23 called Nu Image and was the manager of Studio 2000 Hair Salon. Her work has been displayed in several beauty magazines, such as, The Hype Hair, Huami and The Universal Salon, where her model made the cover in the April 2006 issue. Mrs. Fuller has participated in several hair show competitions and has hosted two successful Hair Shows for Studio 2000.

A hair style enhances your overall appearance and makes you more appealing when you attend social gatherings, parties, and other such occasions.

KOTUR KUTZ, Inc. primary focus is to bring together all professionals from the beauty industry. This includes stylists, barbers, braiders, make-up artists, distributors and manufacturers.

Shanelle Lucas-Moore 

Shannell Lucas-Moore is a native of Rocky Mount, North Carolina.  She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  She majored in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and a concentration in Criminology. Shannell initially wanted a career in law enforcement but shortly after graduating college she realized her purpose was to work with individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities. 

Shannell is the Executive Director of Giving Others Direction, LLC, a Nationally Accredited organization that provides CAP MR/DD services and Case Management to those with developmental and mental disabilities.  She has worked in the mental health field for nearly seven years.

Shannell serves as the Secretary for the Governing Body of LL Reid Learning Center a nonprofit organization. She is married and has three beautiful children ages 10, 5, and 3.
